This is the ability to channel astrological power through the voice.

One with this ability could psychically receive insights from the stars that sounds like speech. In addition, one could psychically channel astronomical power as a mode of expressing difficult/intense emotions, or if rendered speechless (ie a Leo speaks normally but is heard at roaring volume, a Scorpio offending with insults that sting like poison).
